Easy way to cook Mexican Chicken Fajita Buritto

  1. Slice chicken breast into thin strips or bite-sized pieces
  2. Dice bell peppers into small cubes
  3. Finely chop onion and mince garlic
  4. Heat 30ml of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat
  5. Add diced bell peppers, onion, and minced garlic. Sauté for 5-7 minutes until softened
  6. Season with salt, black pepper, paprika, and cumin. Mix well to combine
  7. Add chicken breast pieces to the skillet and cook for 6-8 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked (internal temperature reaches 165°F/75°C)
  8. Stir in tomato paste and cook for an additional 2 minutes

  10. Once the chicken is cooked and the sauce has thickened slightly, remove from heat and stir in chopped cilantro
  11. Warm tortilla wraps in a dry pan or microwave for 10-15 seconds on each side to make them pliable
  12. Place a portion of the chicken mixture in the center of each tortilla, adding avocado (if using), cheese, salsa, or sour cream as desired
  13. Roll the tortillas tightly and serve warm. For a spicier version, top with extra salsa or hot sauce
