Ingredients / Shopping list:

Easy way to cook Grilled Chicken Souvlaki with Yogurt Herb Dip

  1.  In a bowl, combine oil, lemon, garlic, oregano, salt, pepper. Add chicken and marinate for 30+ min. 
  2.  Mix all dip ingredients. Chill in fridge. 
  3.  Thread chicken onto skewers. Grill over medium heat for 12–15 min, turning to char all sides. 
  4. Serve with dip, pita, or a light couscous salad. 

Pro version

  1.  Add a pinch of sumac or smoked paprika to the marinade. 
  2.  Grill lemon halves next to the chicken and squeeze over for extra zing. 

Tips / Plating:

  1.  Plate skewers on a wooden board with a bowl of dip, grilled pita slices, and lemon wedges. 
  2.  Scatter herbs on top.
