French Omelette

Went to get some breakfast in France, where I got the best omelette I ever tried. So after that i went on a mission to reproduce this omelette. It's great to eat on itself, but you can also combine it with some bread or if you really want to go the french way with a croissant!

Easy way to cook French Omelette

  1. Let the pan heat up a bit and melt the Butter
  2. Open the 3 eggs and put them together in a glass or bowl
  3. Add a bit of milk to the eggs (about a sip)
  4. Beat the eggs and milk untill everything is mixed together (make sure to beat some air into the eggs)
  5. Add some pepper and salt to the eggs
  6. If the pan is warm, add the eggs mixture to the pan. Make sure you're baking on a low heat. The eggs must stay a very light yellow.
  7. Now you'll need the patience. Make sure the bottom of the egg is cooked. If it's cooked (the top part should still be raw), fold the egg in half.
  8. After folding the egg, let it rest in the pan a little bit more. The inside of the egg should still be fluid when served.
